I have lived here for many years. My kids grew up here it has been a nice place to live and I would recommend it to friends.

Hello, my name is Chy, The complete staff and community leader has been great, which I personally count it as an honor to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else

My boyfriend and I have lived here for just over a year and we resigned for a second year. The staff is very helpful and all of our maintenance requests are completed very quickly. We get a lot of packages and never once has one gotten lost or misplaced when they are left at the front office. The grounds are well kept, the pool is nice to use in the summer. Overall people are friendly and I feel safe living here!

Living at The Orchards was not only convenient, but it was comfortable and affordable. As a single mother I needed a home for my son and I that I could afford without being in a rough neighborhood, & The Orchards gave us just that. The flat rate utilities really helped maintain my utility bills and made living very simple. The dog park on the property is a great addition to the other fantastic amenities on site. The office staff really goes above and beyond to tend to their residents needs.

As a college student I find it a great place in regards to space and price compared to what you get downtown. The staff are super accommodating and nice. Everytime I called for maintenance they've been here in less than an hour. The gym is always clean and never too busy. I have been here for over a year and I haven't had any noise complaints since. Its got multiple bus stops in the complex that take me to school and the grocery store with ease. Would recommend if you're a college student.

My experience for the past 2 months has been really good. My apartment has been fully renovated, the community is very peaceful and quiet, neighbors are respectful, and staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help.

The apartment complex is very nice. The front office is always very helpful and the maintenance guys are great. The gym here is free to use and is a big bonus as well as the pool and playground. I would recommend this place to anyone. The location is also very nice because you are so close to nearly any store or restaurant you could think of!

I have lived at The Orchards for over five years. The rent is reasonably priced. I enjoy the community and the improvements that the management has made. My dog is a big part of my family, so I really enjoyed that they expanded the dog park. They also placed multiple trash receptacles and bags for cleaning up after your dog, it comes in handy when you don't have a bag and they all located over the property. The property is kept clean. There is ample parking spaces. I have never had any problems
